If you are registering at least one child, at least one of the adult contacts entered on this form must be a legal parent/guardian even if they will not be attending church with the child. Their information will be needed for communication purposes.

Our programs for children and youth are communal and led by volunteers. Responsibilities are shared by parents, guardians, and other adults with warm hearts who enjoy spending time with our kids.

Our programs nurture positive relationships and personal growth through cooperation, mentorship, and friendship. We prioritize emotional safety, curiosity about the world, and authentic identity formation.
