UU Lansing 2027 Pledge Form

Please make your pledge for year 2027 using this form. After you click 'Submit' at the bottom of the form, you will receive a copy of your submission.
Instructions

Please fill out and submit this form by Sunday, October 4, 2026.
If you cannot pledge at this time, enter 0 in the box for annual pledge. Your timely response (even if you are unable to make a financial commitment) will enable us to determine an accurate budget for the coming year. We are aiming for 100% participation by members and friends, so please respond even if you cannot pledge.

You will have until December 2027 to complete payment of this pledge. You do not need to donate now. You can pay online, or by check or cash, in installments or all at once.
